I don't really get the downvotes to the parent comment. All he's saying is "100k now might worth more than 5 million in 5 years"
- not_kurt_godel 9y agoIt's hard to imagine a scenario where that is true, except maybe if you needed the money for lifesaving surgery for yourself or a family member, or some other equally dire circumstance. Even if you had to be homeless for 5 years it would be worth it to wait.
