Etc.) , Retirement funds, heath care, and maybe most important free time, like 25 to 35 paid days off a year without having to feel guilty or limiting your career by using them.. Very good parttime and flexible hours possibilities (work 4x9 hours, or 4x8.5 + 1x8 hours and have about 12 extra days off) And way more relaxed work climate.
