Is Portland really that racist of a place? I have a hard time believing that the majority of people in Portland are so overtly racist that they won't buy a burrito from someone who doesn't look they are they Hispanic. How about a different theory to fix the facts. Restaurants are hard and not nearly as profitable as people would think. Two people with very little experience decided they would make one and after having to deal with the reality's of running a very low margin business _and_ on top of that being accosted by a minority of extremely racist people they decided it wasn't worth their time and moved onto something else. There is no need to fan the flames of extremism on either side of this story.
