You want me to take over running the company - you'd better be ready to give me a large increase in compensation.
- endlessvoid94 9y agoStating my assumption here: If you're already demonstrating the ability to do my day-to-day, I'd suggest you should already have a nearly congruent compensation (otherwise I'm doing something wrong). Otherwise, yes, obviously compensation is a crucial component of this plan.
