How many years are really worth it, though? Is an extra 20 years of miserable old age worth 5 years of youth? I'm not wholly certain that's the case.
- gloggy 9y agoThat's why one should exercise and eat right. There is a strong correlation between regular exercise/healthy body weight and a productive old age. It amazes me how cavalier people are about their bodies.
