It takes a very, very long time (like many months per post). And I don't mind, because the goal is not to have a quick stream of posts, the goal is to learn something and explain it without magic. So I let it take the time it takes. I work on it steadily (like a set few hours per week + some really concentrated days on weekends when I can make the time).
