Unless you work at an exchange, and know the identities of the people placing buy orders, I find it highly unlikely you can guess their motives for placing their buy orders. Not guessing and being humble leads to better decisions. I could give a long list of positive reasons why, however I too would be guessing. I can do that if you like.
