Your second paragraph contradicts the first.
- partycoder 9y agoNo, it doesn't. The problem with diversity starts very early in the process. By the time graduates apply for jobs there is already a significant lack of diversity. This is why I think it makes sense to focus the diversification effort earlier in the process, in education.
