I focused on the skills that I picked up while being at a smaller company. Talked about the innovation that we did and the fact that we were responsible for the entire product as opposed to just a single portion of the process (i.e. testing). There are skills that you learn while being at smaller companies and there are skills that you learn while being at larger companies. It's all a matter of communicating why those skills matter to where you're applying to.
