They make a dirt cheap (~$20) vertical mouse that helped me correct wrist problems from bad posture overnight. I don't use anything else for long periods of time, they singlehandedly (pun not intended) helped me fix my wrist problems. And I use it for gaming just as well. Anker is dope.
