Have there been other decisions that have taken this long?
- grellas 16y agoHere is a helpful study tracking the timing of Supreme Court decisions on patent cases following oral argument (http://www.patentlyo.com/patent/2010/06/bilski-watch-timing-of-supreme-court-decisions.html http://www.patentlyo.com/patent/2010/06/bilski-watch-timing-...). Key quote: "Professor Joe Miller (Lewis & Clark) looked at the timing of 18 other recent Supreme Court patent decisions and concludes: 'if you feel like you've been waiting a long time to see the Bilski opinion, it's because you have been waiting a longer time than usual.'" Average delay is about 90 days; Bilski is at around 220 at this point.

- btilly 16y agoI hope so. I want this one to be impactful.
