Is this the same team who pieced together how the waymo data left the building, or is this a team aimed specifically at internal whistleblowers?
The article isn't entirely clear on that.
- tyingq 9y agoThe memo is from Brian Katz, who leads some kind of internal security team. He's the "Global Investigations and Intelligence Manager". - JeremyBanks 9y agoThis article is primarily discussing stopleaks@google, a for employees to report confidential data that has been leaked to the public. I suspect they're part of the same broader team that investigated the Waymo leaks, but stopleaks@' focus is definitely more on loose lips talking to the media than profit-driven corporate espionage.
