Ask HN: How do you use autoscaling in Azure?

For those who are using Azure, I have a few questions I would like to ask so I can get a better view on how other people do things: 1) How do you host your apps? Azure Web Apps, VM, VM Scale Sets, Cloud Services? 2) Do you use autoscaling? How do you do it? Through the web interface, custom scripts? 3) Are you happy with your solution? If not, what features do you miss?
