I think it's dumb that you want to go and make money so you can work with water. If you want to make money, make money. If you want to work with water, work with water.
- meric 16y agoGood point. But I'm better at software engineering than I am with water, so my plan was to save up a million dollars and become an MBA with a startup involved in water projects, instead; That way I'd only need money, no need for actual love in water engineering... It might be worth reconsidering it all, however...

Go to http://www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu/Default.aspx http://www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu/Default.aspx and take the VIA survey of character strengths. It's 240 questions long but worth the time investment. Then figure out how to apply those natural talents to your real passion.
