This is preposterous. how on earth will they enforce what people post on the internet? Blocking access to sites via ISPs is one thing, but am I going to be fine

This is preposterous. how on earth will they enforce what people post on the internet? Blocking access to sites via ISPs is one thing, but am I going to be fined for blogging with an unconservative/anticonservative inclination? This is just going to push new business away, as if the UK wasn't already a sh*thole for startups...
