- monochromatic 9y agoThe failing @nytimes is very fake news.
- chollida1 9y agoNot to go all appeal to authority, but you might want to google the author's name. He has alot of credibility in this area.
- erickhill 9y agoNot a single mention of sub-prime loans is baffling. The man is a hands-down expert (leader) in the field. I found the lack of mentioning the ease of financing risky home purchases odd, however. It nearly sent the US economy over a cliff.
