Also, ICU collations are case sensitive, just like libc locales.

- jakobegger 9y agoHm, I didn't get it to work with the prepopulated collations - I'll have to try again tomorrow when I'm back at my development machine. Anyway, thanks a lot for this patch! It looks like it was a lot of work, and I'm very happy this made it into PostgreSQL 10.
