Learn how to test your code. I'm not just talking about unit tests either, or TDD, which I find are nothing more than buzzword bingo. Take your testing as seriously as your development. Not just in the details of the implementation, but understand your user and your use cases. Write end-to-end test suites, integration tests, and unit test complex logic. Don't be one of those "unit testing is enough" or "I TDD all my code." I find the more time people spend on little testing, the bigger problems seem to fly through to prod.
