I don't deal with it. I learned a long time ago that I cannot be on top of everything and that it's ok if you're not. You know how they say that after Hilbert mathematics became too large for any one person to learn? Well, this situation reflects that. There's simply too much information out there. Are you sure you want to stay current with all of that? There's a time when you need to stop reading about doing stuff and start to actually do stuff.
