This deal reminds me of the many horrible deals done at the beginning of the decade. It's not a surprise that AOL never learned their lesson.
- rythie 16y agoWho got fleeced exactly? No one force them to buy it. Seems like Aol destroyed all the value the site had by losing to the competition.
- maukdaddy 16y agoAOL shareholders didn't get fleeced, but certainly were done a huge disservice by AOL mgt. NO way in hell that Bebo was EVER worth $750m.
