Whenever a company says "one way hashing algorithm" without specifying the algorithm, we should all assume it's MD5.

  They did say multiple iterations and individual salt. Of course, it's easy enough to do with md5 but that sounds like a good description of bcrypt out of the box.

    If someone is using bcrypt, it will be declared early and often. This sounds like multi round salted MD5 or SHA1.

  It was md5 with a 2 alpha character salt
