I'm curious, would it be against YC ethics ( https://www.ycombinator.com/ethics/ https://www.ycombinator.com/ethics/ ) to do a dilution like this? And what are the consequences for founders in the YC program (or alumni), that did it? Nothing? Case-by-case?
