Honestly, the sterile discussion / breakdown (not tied to one 'industry' for example) seemed quite applicable to some ideas I've been working on using large data sets regarding pricing in a certain industry. How can the pile of data become value? Well, I think this is the type of article to file as educational in trying to answer that at a high level.
