curious how this will play out in the long-haul truck routes across the Australian Outback. on the one hand it's currently large diesel or gas powered trucks with very large fuel tanks and few service/fuel stations en route. on the other hand, if a 600 horsepower electric truck could be recharged at solar powered charging stations spaced out more frequently on all these remote roads -- well, they do have plenty of sunshine down there.
