- longwave 9y agoIn 1986 the Dead Kennedys distributed a poster of H.R. Giger's "Penis Landscape" artwork inside their Frankenchrist album, and the band were charged with distribution of material harmful to minors and brought to trial. The case considered the music and lyrics as well as the artwork, but ended in a hung jury.
