What about faster charge tech? While infrastructure and technology improve, people will likely time breaks like lunch around charge when doing these kind of trips. E.g 350 kms in the morning, have a 90% charge over lunch. Another 300kms. Have a 15 min coffee for an extra 50% charge that takes you through to dinner charge if you want to keep going. Thats a bunch of kms. And batteries/range will probably be even better than that 10 years from now.
