What Safe documents should I use when seed funding in Canada?

Hi, I am seed funding in Canada. I can't use the y-combinator safe documents (http://ycombinator.com/documents/) because they are US specific. I am looking for a document that has both a CAP and a discount. I started to look for some official or reputable safe documents for Canada.
