- Markoff 9y agowell I can just leave there my legs and they won't recline the seat, I don't think there is some regulation about people over certain height mandatory booking higher class, so one would assume expecting someone not hurting me would be easier to communicate for airline than trying to defend such selfish person but who knows, I don't fly with US airlines which are famous for quality of their service and maybe in US it is normal to side with person who wanna hurt others
