This ruling was actually relatively good news for Uber, it could have been worse. It's only a partial preliminary injunction, they can still continue working on self-driving technology.
- jacquesm 9y agoWhether they can continue with what they have remains to be seen. They are and always have been and probably will be in the future at liberty to start from a clean slate, so they're free to 'continue working on self-driving technology'.
