Has anyone paid this specific ransom and had their files decrypted? I've got a client who is infected. A member of their staff has now left for a holiday, this is a nightmare. I'm loathed to have them pay the ransom, but restoring from the last backup will cost vastly more in work product and business impact than the cost of the ransom.
