I'm a happy customer of Slicehost. Their customer service is top notch. The few times when I needed help, I went to their chatroom and people were there to help immediately. They really do man the chatrooms. Very responsive and helpful. It's not easy to maintain such high standards for years. Their articles is another plus point. It's constantly updated. It covers most of the things you need. No doubt they are not the cheapest. But their customer service more than makes up for it.
