- linkregister 9y agoWow! That's a large drop! Can you link me to any news reports of that?
- pscsbs 9y agoIf you're an investor with access to a private equity market you can just look at the cap table and see the current asking price to determine the discount.
- arcticfox 9y agoSeriously? That's pretty shocking to me. I wonder if the secondary market was already pricing in some of the information with insider knowledge. Or another theory, in the null-scandal world, maybe Uber would have been up 50% in the same time period based on other information.
- rdxm 9y agothat's because you can't short the issue in the private secondary markets. if this was in the public markets, the hit would be significantly higher, and the short-squeeze would be happening.
