Keybase is utterly unusable since you introduced the chat feature. I use a yubikey to store my gpg key so I get prompted every 5 minutes to enter my pin because for some reason keybase insists on requesting it over and over again even though I'm not even using the applcation.

- mike-cardwell 9y agoFWIW, I also use a Yubikey and don't have this problem with Keybase. I'm running Keybase on a combination of Ubuntu and Debian machines. My master key is completely offline, and my subkeys are all on my Yubikey.
- charsplat 9y agoI have the same setup. I was never able to make Keybase work with GPG on a Yubikey. Did you have to jump through hoops to make it happen?
