If you believe a person being old, "crippled" (I suppose you mean living with a physical disability) or living with a mental illness means they are unemployable then not only are you wrong, you could easily create a bunch of legal trouble if you are involved in hiring decisions. Also, if you genuinely have never worked with anyone in the classes you listed, I personally think you're missing out on some valuable perspectives.
