A fine article in cherry-picking and misleading the readers.
The main argument is to take the figures for total world energy generation and find the percentage for renewables.
He uses old stats and finds that renewables were 0.45%, and rounds down to 0. Hence the "zero global energy"...
Even the comments are more enlightening.
- oblio 9y agoThe author really has an agenda he wants to push... He says that making the turbines pollutes (agreed) but he doesn't say anything about nuclear power plants (either for fission or for fusion).
