I think it depends on how strict the zoning is. The US has a tendency for relatively strict command economy style exclusive zoning.

I think it depends on how strict the zoning is. The US has a tendency for relatively strict command economy style exclusive zoning.
- enf 10y agoThat is still a permission to build, not an obligation to build, no matter how strict the zoning is.
