SMX, (http://smxemail.com http://smxemail.com) in Auckland, New Zealand. We're an email security / email hosting provider and have been using Clojure for 5ish years. We use Clojure for our custom big data platform, Clojurescript for our DLP rules engine embedded in the mail flow (via SpiderMonkey) and our new ISP portal.
