I am young, so while I have been in your situation I didn't have anyone to think about in terms of $$$. Your pros are good, but if you are feeling bad about cons 2, 3 and 6, I guarantee you it'll become worse as you start obsessing over it. I did not even have to worry about 4 and 5, and 1 was something I could live with because they were extremely nice people who were just trying to stick with (what I felt were) misguided values. If you are not stressed, and have a lot of free time, it's a great time to learn something new.
