My last few jobs have had flexible hours, so I wake up naturally every day. If I feel I can go back to sleep, I will. Getting enough sleep every day and never having to force myself out of bed makes a huge difference to my work performance and general mood, to the point where I don't think I could do a job without flexible hours.
