I think this sentence sums up the severity pretty well: The attached proof of concept demonstrates this, but please be aware that downloading it will immediately crash MsMpEng in its default configuration and possibly destabilize your system. Extra care should be taken sharing this report with other Windows users via Exchange, or web services based on IIS, and so on. And I think the intended formulation was "care should be taken sharing this report with other Windows users or via Exchange, or web services based on IIS..." (because they're afraid it could crash the servers even if sharing between non-Windows users!)
