I also understand that we're reasoning in the abstract here but I don't think it's fair to apply traditional economic theory to a social mission (accessible information?) and I'm not convinced that failure here is a favorable outcome for it. You are right, though, that I might be overestimating the cost of coordination post-dissolution. It's interesting to think about how that might be done effectively.
