Mundane chores everyone has to do go from unimaginably difficult to start to moderately rewarding with the magic of a brain releasing its pent up dopamine. It isn't even a dopamine production problem for many with ADHD, the brain just won't release it like it does for most people. You can train it to some extent, but the defect will always exist in the ADHD brain.
