I used to like standup because that's the only time I have to see what my team is soingnsince most of them are remote and working in a different time-zome. It was a great way to give tips and do the "okay let's talk about this offline afterward." But now I hated it. Not only rhe standup is mismanaged ao badly, I also don't have much to update on a daily basis which means I feel useless if I have nothing to say or have little progress on my tickets.
