Coming from Java, I would absolutely love to get my dependencies via Maven. It would even allow for multi-architecture/platform binaries and source dependencies. In fact, another company in our corporation has gone the other way, packaging Java dependencies via nuget, and it's also OK. Why can't people just get over their useless aversion against proven, mature solutions just because it's Java or some nonsense?
