That would be extremely interesting, indeed. Soylent has said they were looking into having studies done, but I don't recall what the details were or when it was planned for. While anecdotal evidence isn't enough, it's fairly common to see people posting results of their blood work after a few months of Soylent. But I'd personally love to see some more details and unbiased tests in an "official" study.
