Where and how do these people get access to the PSTN?
- abstractbeliefs 9y agoWell, the article explained that in this instance, it was via a foreign run telco. So, essentially, to get in you just need to find the weakest telco connected to the main SS7 network and own them, and use their infra as a staging point.
