I don't think such a thing exists because there's no demand for it. Ask your colleagues. If you don't have those, go to any programming meetup, strike up a conversation and if the conversation flows, ask the person if they would be willing to give you feedback on your resume. People like to feel important so they most likely will. In the worst case, ask strangers on the internet. Do Ask HN or do it on r/programming. Like I said, people like to feel important so it's likely to work.
