From an ad on Craig's List. My wife showed it to me on a Sunday morning. I said "yeah, I know who these guys are, but I don't know them". They had originally written the software where I worked at the time, but had quit and moved on to form a start-up. I had never met them. So I sent my resume and a cover letter on a Sunday morning. 27 minutes later I got a phone call. 2 hours later I was interviewing. Longer story short: I became employee #8 including the founders, we were purchased by a Fortune 200 company a year later. Still there after 5 years.
