Judging by the "millennials" (I guess I am one as well) I interact with, at work and through friends, they don't really know how to use computers. I regularly encounter people who finger-peck type very slowly and don't know how to take a screenshot or do simple Excel operations. People often seem to make this false correlation between "using smartphone apps/watching netflix" and "can use a computer productively". Pressing play on the VCR does not qualify me to repair one.
