I continue to be impressed by the pushback by the corn industry on HFC.
Quick, someone prove fruits and vegetables are poison!
I'm not saying that there isn't something to what they're saying, but the timing is... shall we say... convenient.
- andrewguenther 9y agoThey're not telling you to run and eat HFC products. They're just saying that eating a whole fruit is healthier than just the juice. And that's something nutritionists have been saying for the last decade or more.
